Yes. Your progress, completed puzzles, statistics, and streak information are automatically stored in the browser on the device you use.
This lets you leave an unfinished puzzle and continue it later in the same browser.

Puzzle information is stored in your browser, so it does not automatically synchronize between devices.
Puzzlers Hub members can download a backup of their puzzle data and restore it in another supported browser or on another device using the “Manage Your Puzzle Data” tools.

Members can download, restore, or erase their locally stored puzzle information from the “Manage Your Puzzle Data” area in Puzzlers Hub.

If the puzzle still does not appear, try closing and reopening the browser. If the problem continues, contact Hare Publishing and tell us which puzzle, device, and browser you were using.

A secure download link appears after checkout and is also sent to the email address used for your purchase.
If your link has expired or you have trouble downloading your order, contact us from the same email address and include your order number.

Yes. You can open the PDF in a compatible annotation app and write directly on the puzzles. You can also print the pages and solve them with pencil or pen.

Our paperback books are printed and shipped through Amazon’s print network to countries where the relevant Amazon marketplace delivers. Shipping costs, taxes, and estimated delivery dates appear during checkout.

Paperback returns are handled through the Amazon account used for the purchase and are subject to Amazon’s applicable return policy.
Because print-at-home files are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, digital purchases are generally final. If something is wrong with your order, contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to help.
