Where do you ship?
All of our paperbacks are printed and fulfilled through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing’s global network, which reaches 100 + countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and beyond. If Amazon can deliver a book to your address, you can order Hare Publishing puzzles—simple as that. Estimated shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout, and digital downloads are available worldwide instantly, with no shipping required.
What is your return policy for paperback books?
Start a return in your Amazon account using their “Return or Replace Items” option within the standard window. Then, please email us at support@harepublishing.com with your order number and a brief note about what didn't meet your expectations. Your feedback helps us fine-tune every title, and we’ll do everything we can to make things right—because enriching lives through the joy of puzzles starts with your satisfaction.
What is your return policy for digital print-at-home products?
Since our print-at-home puzzles are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or returns. That said, we never leave a puzzler stranded. Please email us at support@harepublishing.com with your order number and a brief note about what didn't meet your expectations. How do I get my PDF after purchase?
You’ll receive an instant email with a secure download link. Click it on any computer, phone, or tablet to save the file. If you need to reprint, the link sent to you via email when you purchased the product will be active for 24 hours. If you click an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase. If you encounter any issues, please email us at support@harepublishing.com from the same email address you used to make your purchase, and we will resend the link to you.
Can I solve PDFs on an iPad or Android tablet?
Yes. Open the file in any PDF-annotation app (e.g., Adobe Reader, Apple Preview, GoodNotes, or Xodo) to write directly on the puzzle.

5. Technical Help
My download link expired—what now?

Why won’t my printer fit the entire puzzle on one page?
Check that “Actual size” or “Scale 100%” is selected in your print dialogue. Most puzzles are designed for standard US Letter and A4 pages with ¼-inch margins.
How are your Sudoku Puzzle Books Graded For Level of Difficulty?
Great question! Rating the difficulty levels for puzzles can be pretty challenging, as it involves balancing various factors, such as the complexity of the puzzle design, the strategies required to solve it, and the solver’s skill level. Different solvers may find the same puzzle easier or harder based on their experience and familiarity with puzzle types. At Hare Publishing, we use multiple independent checkers to assess the difficulty of our puzzles, ensuring they meet our standards. However, we understand that perceptions of difficulty can vary, and we continuously strive to provide a range of puzzles that cater to all skill levels.

I find some puzzles too difficult. Do you offer different difficulty levels?
Our puzzle books are available in various difficulty levels, from easy to challenging. We also have a new series of very easy Sudoku puzzles for those who prefer a gentler challenge.
